You are shipping from China, should we be worried about packages due to the pandemic?
We are only shipping to countries that have a reliable service. Timescales and cost has increased due to the limited flights, please refer to product details for this.
Once the item is shipped, can I cancel the order if there is a delay?
If the delay is due to the global pandemic, shipped items cannot be refunded. If the item is lost and does not arrive at all, we can look into this for you and will always try our best to honor your custom.
Why have I been charged shipping multiple times, is this an error?
Shipping is based on weight, so the charge is according to what you order.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide but are limited to some countries due to the pandemic.
If your country is not already added to the shipping list on our website, please get in touch via email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will quickly fix that.
Where do you ship from?
We are currently living and working form China and so your items will be shipped by us personally, from China.
All items are sent through tried, tested and trusted channels – and are tracked all the way.
Yikes – isn’t shipping from China expensive?
We have purposely kept our items under a certain weight to ensure the shipping fee is reasonable.
Shipping fee does not include any custom charges as this is dependent on each countries individual custom/tax policies.
In our experience, our items are rarely charged by customs however this is subjective.
Please check your respective countries rules for clarification.
How long does the order take?
If your item is bought during preorder, please check product details for timescale.
We are a small family run business and our items are often hand-finished. Please refer to product details to get an idea of your item.
It takes us a 3-5 days to process your order.
Postage then takes 10-14 day from day of dispatch.
