Can I get a refund if an item is damaged?

Sorry if this happens, we do try our best to pack with care and use reliable shipping options. If your item does arrive damaged, please send us an email with clear pictures and we will try to refund or replace upon review.

Can I get a refund on a purchase?

Some of our items are hand-finished or made to order and so refunds will depend on the purchase.

Refunds will be dealt with on a case by case basis, please get in touch via if you need help.

In order to avoid disappointment, please ensure you read all the item descriptions. Feel free to get in touch if you have any more questions, prior to purchase.

Shipping fee will always be non-refundable. 

Can I cancel my order?

If you get in touch via email within 12 hours of the order, we can try and cancel the purchase and action a full refund.

This clause may not be possible if we get very busy and so to avoid disappointment, please try and make the purchase once you are very sure.

Any purchases over 30 days cannot be refunded.
