What are your Terms of Use & Copyright stance?
Copyright infringements will not be tolerated. All content is protected, and any unauthorized use will be subject to action.
In Islam, the concept of respecting others' rights, including intellectual property rights, is emphasized. Taking someone's work without permission, including unauthorized use or reproduction, is unethical and inconsistent with Islamic principles.
Do you ship your items personally from China?
Yes, we do not dropship.
What changes can we expect, as you are shipping during a pandemic?
We will maintain clear, timely and transparent communication with you all. Shipping times are longer than usual due to limited flights. Please refer to the timescales provided.
Cost of raw material and shipping has also increased and so please understand our product prices reflect this.
A product I have seen online is no longer available/listed, how do I know if/when you will restock?
Please drop us an email via my1stmasjid@gmail.com with a picture of what you have seen and we will try our best to give you an update on when the item will be restocked.

I have purchased a DIY kit but there are no instructions. Where can I find them?
In order to reduce our paper trail, our instructions are sometimes sent via email or on YouTube. They will be linked on our website also under the Tutorials page.

Where are you based – UK or China?
We are British currently in China. Some of our items are manufactured and posted from within the UK, please refer to product notes.
We are a store and would love to stock your products. Do you wholesale?
Yes, absolutely. Please get in touch via email my1stmasjid@gmail.com with your shop name/website and any other useful information for a wholesale catalogue.
We love your items, can we remake them for our own brand?
No. Please get in touch to stock our items if you want to sell them.
